What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the model and level of customization. Stock items can start from a few hundred units; fully custom OEM orders are quoted per your specifications. Contact us and we’ll confirm the exact MOQ for your project.
Do you support OEM and custom printing?
Yes. As a source factory we support custom sizes, materials, colours and full-surface printing — logo, artwork, QR codes and addresses. Send us your artwork and target market and we’ll advise on the best setup and pricing.
Can I request samples before a bulk order?
Absolutely. We can send samples so you can check quality and finish before placing a bulk order. Sample and courier costs are quoted per request and are usually credited toward your first order.
What are your typical lead times?
Lead times depend on quantity and customization. Stock items ship quickly; custom or printed orders typically take a few weeks after the artwork and deposit are confirmed. You’ll get an exact schedule with your quote.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept secure bank transfer (T/T). A deposit secures production, with the balance due before shipment. Flexible terms can be discussed for repeat customers.
How do you handle shipping and export?
We ship worldwide by sea or air and can quote FOB, CIF or door-to-door depending on your needs. Tell us your destination port or city and quantity, and we’ll provide a freight estimate.
Do your trolleys come with a warranty?
Yes. Every pull-rod and trolley is tested to a single quality standard. We stand behind our products — if there is a manufacturing defect, we will make it right.
